Pre-Orders
All items sold on our website are pre-order items. Once your order is placed, production begins specifically for your purchase.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before your order ships.
While our estimated production time is 3–4 weeks, we will always do our best to complete and ship your order sooner whenever possible.
Shipping
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that shipping times are separate from production times.
All Sales Are Final
Because every item is produced specifically for each order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please carefully review your size, color, shipping address, and all order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address]. Include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
